A student response system that engages an entire class during a lesson was implemented five years ago at Gulf Elementary School to increase interaction for every student.
Last Friday, the conference room at the Temecula Unified School District office was filled with local teachers learning how to use new classroom technology thanks to a generous 2 year federal grant, known as an EETT or Enhancing Education Through Technology grant.
With a device no larger than a remote control, Gulf Elementary School teachers are able to obtain instantaneous student feedback, lesson comprehension, and are able to get even the shyest of students to participate in classroom activities.
